59 minutes grace period, before overtime is charged. No fee to

All drivers must be a least 21 years of age, with a major credit
card. Drivers 21 - 24 are charged $15 more per day and must have
a major credit card in their own name. Rates are subject to the
applicable Hawaii general excise tax, the vehicle licensing fee,
the applicable airport concession recovery fee and the hawaii
highway revenue surcharge, currently $3 per day. All rates are
